Using our app is the most affordable way to transact. Pay zero data fees when banking on our app, while app transaction fees are also much lower than in branch.
Q: How do I activate zero-rated data?
A: You don’t have to do anything to activate it. If you’re a Vodacom, MTN, Telkom Mobile or Cell C subscriber you automatically qualify for zero-rated data.
Q: Why can’t I access the app when I run out of airtime?
A: Even though data used on our app is zero-rated, you will still need airtime to ensure your phone line is open.
Q: But my phone shows I’m using data?
A: Our app uses data to communicate with our servers when you sign in and do transactions, but Vodacom, MTN, Telkom Mobile and Cell C will not bill you for it.

3. Once downloaded, install and activate it

our 2020 fees
We update our bank fees on 1 March every year. Last year, we helped our clients save over R200 million by lowering our digital banking fees. For the second year in a row, we will not be increasing these fees in 2020.
